THE COQUILLE INDIAN TRIBE CULTURE, EDUCATION, AND LANGUAGE SERVICES DEPARTMENT
REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

Through this Request for Proposals (“RFP”), the Coquille Indian Tribe (“CIT”, “the Tribe”), is seeking competitive proposals from a qualified and experienced fabricator to assist with designing, producing, and installing five interpretive panels featuring traditional languages, English, and Braille. This project is funded through a $45,000 grant from Travel Oregon. The five panels will focus on salmon, canoes, leister spears, fishing weirs, and cedar.

The fabricator whose bid is chosen will work in collaboration with the project lead, Dr. Jared Schmidt, CIT’s Cultural Arts and Exhibits Coordinator, the Tribe’s Cultural Arts and Exhibits Team, and the Mill Casino Hotel & RV Park.

Project must be installed by June 30, 2025.
