Survey Winner & Upcoming Trainings
The survey winner of the Yeti Mug and 2 hours of PTO is Darren Cagley – Congratulations! Please stop by and see Mike Frost to pick-up your prize.
Some of the key areas that were important to many of you:
- All employee related items in the new system, including benefits, and the ability to adjust within the system
- System ease of use/navigation
- System reliability
- Reminders and more automation
- Features you would like to have
- Frustrations you have with the current system
We also now have a much better understanding of how employees’ access Paylocity!

Updated timeline for the Paycom implementation:
- Project Kick off – July 2024 (complete)
- Employee and project team input – August 2024
- Setup and backend work in progress through early September 2024
- System available for login by employees 9/19/2024
- HRIS Employee Open Forum 9/20/2024 12pm – 12:45pm
- Purpose: Demo the system, review key items/milestones and answer questions
- Where: TEAMS meeting or in person at North Bend Admin in the Tribal Council Chambers or on Kilkich at the KWC Gathering Space
- Pizza will be provided at both locations and in Eugene – Please join us in person if you are able to
- Meeting invite on its way
- Employee and Manager Trainings 9/23-26/2024
- Paycom hosted, Zoom meetings
- These are REQUIRED trainings, if you are a people manager and/or approve timecards join the manager training, employees need to join only 1 of the below sessions
- 9/23/2024: 12pm-1pm Manager Training * this session got moved due to a conflict
- 9/24/2024: 2pm-3pm Employee Trainings
- 9/25/2024: 2pm-3pm Employee Training
- 9/26/2024 10am-11am Employee Training

- Employees start using/entering time in Paycom 9/30/2024
- There will be some one-time data review and validation when you first login
- October 18 – First Paycheck from Paycom
Previous Updates
The Human Resource Information System (HRIS) project is an employee facing software, Paycom, that will help automate and streamline the HR and finance processes, cutting down administrative time and allow employees to have more ownership over their information.
As we kick this project off our first ask is to get feedback from all of you. By participating in this short survey, which should take about 5 minutes of your time, you will help ensure we tailor the new tool to meet not only our organizational needs but also our employee’s needs.
The survey is open as of August 1, 2024, and closes at 5pm on August 12, 2024.
Complete the survey and you will be entered to win a Yeti Mug and 2 hours of PTO!
Once we compile the results from the survey and the prize winners, we will share that information with all employees. Thank you all for your support as the organization continues to grow, we cannot do this without you!
