Your family's health is important to us. We offer several options to help keep you well. Your employee contribution for health, dental and vision insurance can be as little as $69 per month (individual) or $295 (family).
We strive to take care of our employees in unexpected times. Employees working at least 20 hours per week are eligible for both short-term and long-term disability coverage.
We provide term life and accidental death and dismemberment insurance to employees who work 20 hours or more per week. You can buy additional insurance if you want.
We value work-life balance for our staff. You'll be eligible for 23 days of paid time off in your first year on the job. That goes up after two years and again after five years, topping out at an enviable 31 days a year.
Public Service Loan Forgiveness As an employee of a federally recognized tribe, all employees are eligible for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF). There is no limit to how much can be forgiven by PSLF. https://studentaid.gov/manage-loans/forgiveness-cancellation/public-service
Oregon Health Care Provider Loan Repayment 3 year minimum service obligation in exchange for a tax free award of 50 percent of their qualifying loan debt balance, up to $35,000 per obligation year. Part time service providers must commit to a 3 year minimum service obligation in exchange for a tax free award of 25 percent of their qualifying loan debt balance, up to $25,000 per obligation year. National Health Service Corps Repayment up to $100k for FT workers and $50,000 for part time for a 3 year commitment in a rural community setting. 2 year commitments are also available. https://nhsc.hrsa.gov/loan-repayment/nhsc-rural-community-loan-repayment-program

We offer our employees 14 paid holidays. We observe the 11 Federal holidays plus three more, Coquille Indian Tribe's Restoration Day, The day after Thanksgiving, and Christmas Eve.
Long-term financial planning is important, and our employee savings plan is a great vehicle. Eligible employees can join after just 90 days on the job, and we offer a generous match.
Your family is just as important to us as you are. The tribe's own Head Start and summer Little Feathers program provide excellence in early learning for children of tribal members and employees alike. (Limited to space available.)
We want to support you to stay active and healthy. So we reimburse employees as much as $75 per month ($150 for family memberships) for health clubs and fitness activities.
