Welcome to the web page of the Coquille Indian Tribe Court system. The Tribal Court's purpose is to provide for the administration of law, justice and judicial procedures and practices of the Coquille Indian Tribe as a sovereign nation by exercising the inherent power to make, execute, apply and enforce its own law and the laws of other sovereigns through a Tribal Court system.

Listed below are the Codes and Ordinances related to the Coquille Indian Tribal Court. All materials are part of the Coquille Indian Tribal Code. These documents are considered open to viewing by the public and can also be found at the web pages of the Native American Rights Fund-- http://www.narf.org.
